Launched in 2007, Talent Curve is a career-counseling and educational-guidance company that provides career counseling and transition services. The company designs and implements custom career solutions for the government and military, large corporations, trade associations, labor unions, and other organizations. These solutions can encompass any or all of the services we offer, including but not limited to career exploration, employee development, resume building, Federal resume writing, job-search strategies, Assessments and individualized counseling.

Talent Curve makes our solutions available to transitioning employees on-site and over the phone, as well as online through call centers and interactive websites that our company designs, implements and maintains.

A certified Woman-Owned Business based in North Carolina, Talent Curve was included in the top 500 of the Inc. 5,000 in 2013, just six years after its incorporation. The 5,000 List is Inc. magazine’s annual feature focusing on America’s fastest-growing private companies.
