We are committed to positioning them in jobs that allow them to identify and convey the significance of their transferable skills to prospective employers.

We are helping to improve by providing professional guidance for their educational, career, and career transition pursuits. We deliver state-of-the-art career counseling solutions and provide our clients with the tools to make life-changing decisions that positively impact them and their families’ futures.

Talent Curve understands that change can be difficult, especially in these challenging economic times. Our transition goal is to have Military members experience a successful change and receive a competitive wage and a satisfying, portable career.

Talent Curve’s understanding of the unique situations of the Military and their families runs deep. Many members of our counseling staff have direct ties to the Military (e.g., they are themselves active duty spouses or veterans). They take pride in sharing their first-hand knowledge of the importance of portable careers in areas of occupational growth.

 

Supporting DoD Spouses

For example, as part of the DoD’s Spouse Education and Career Opportunities (SECO) initiative and Military OneSource, Talent Curve provided educational guidance to those using the Military Spouse Career Advancement Accounts Program (MyCAA) grants and career counseling to all Military Spouses to help them find gainful employment. We dramatically increased participation in career counseling, jobs obtained, and overall customer satisfaction.
