Each client website is supported by counselors and an online or onsite call center. These call centers are staffed entirely by highly trained, knowledgeable responders committed to providing answers along with a positive customer-service experience.
Calls are answered promptly (98% within three seconds). Counselors can provide much of the same support as is provided in person, including answering questions and approving Education/Training and Financial Aid plans. All staff members are trained in all relevant services and will make referrals to other services as appropriate.
Call Center services work in conjunction with custom career websites that provide resources and job search tools 24/7.
